This is a small project I have been working on over the last several months the redesign and more importantly modernize the cricket team I support here in New Zealand.

Northen Districts played their first game of domestic cricket in 1955 and are one of the 6 teams in the New Zealand domestic competitions. This is the rebrand for their long format team.

This logo is not that far from the original. All that I have done is cleaned up a few elements and made the crest a more modern shape. The original has been around since the start and a complete over haul is not the way to do this.
